Already into March 2021 and our third day of rain. We haven’t seen rain for six months so it’s quite a change.
Yesterday I made a start (between showers) on the excavations for the trailer pad. All the turf has been removed and I’ve commenced levelling the ground.
My prototype timber case has been completed.
I’ve rushed the varnishing and it’s therefore not as good as it could be. The small magnets do an excellent job of holding the lid to the base. Cutting the felt was a disappointment. The blade wasn’t sufficiently sharp leaving the felt with frayed edges. At least I know what needs to be improved with the next version.
